Attendees will learn about Native American farming techniques, wild food usage and harvesting, land stewardship, salt and sugar making, hunting and fishing, food preservation, Native American migrational histories, elemental cooking techniques, Native culture and history and how to incorporate indigenous cooking into the modern culinary world.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Everyone in attendance was aware of Legacy programming and appreciative that the library can offer such wonderful programming. Comments included: Very interesting and Sean was a great presenter; Wonderful and timely with the food to table movement.
