Instructor Kathleen Sheridan from the MN Center for Book Arts led participants in creating Origami Stars at the Milaca Community Library event and in Quilted Origami at the North Branch Area Library.

Participants will complete a survey following the program and attendance will be recorded. Participants will learn the art of origami by using various folding techniques. They will also learn about the history of this Japanese art form and the tools needed.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants expressed on the surveys that they enjoyed: learning something entirely new and left with a sense of accomplishment.
