Graphic Memoir
The focus of the program with Pat Owen was on creating a graphic memoir page-a story of a person's day in words and pictures. The focus was on "today. "Patrons discovered the beauty, whimsy, or commonality of everyday life, and honored it. Each person created a colorful, fun, and meaningful graphic memoir page suitable for framing. The end result was a panoply of pages illustrating the theme of "reflecting about aging."
