175 Summer Reading Closing Program 2018 - The Raptor Center
The U of MN Raptor Center presented a program about the raptors found in Minnesota, including four live raptors, at all 14 ECRL branches.

Participants will complete a survey following the program and attendance will be recorded. Participants will learn about raptors in Minnesota including eagles, hawks, owls and more. They will learn about the rehabilitation capabilities of the Raptor Center, how they help to train veterinarians and the importance these special animals play in part of Minnesota culture.
Survey comments included: 'The best part was the educated presenter and the visual display, the presenter was extremely knowledgeable. She was prepared to answer all the questions. She engaged the audience in many ways. Best Ever!!' and 'I learned more than I thought I would, learning new things - the stories in detail.'
