Participants will complete a survey following the program and attendance will be recorded. Participants will have the opportunity to meet and listen to a well-known Minnesota author and meteorologist learning simultaneously about writing and weather phenomenon in Minnesota.
Measurable Outcome(s)
Survey comments from what participants liked best included: very humorous and educational, that Belinda was willing to come to rural areas to teach young kids about weather and science. second time coming to this presentation and she made learning fun and didn't get distracted but enjoyed the children's comments.
