106 Minnesota Book Awards Tour
Six Minnesota Authors including William Kent Krueger, Larry Millett, Belinda Jensen, Caroline Barau, Marge Barrett and Brian Freeman visited six ECRL branches in the spring/summer of 2017.

Participants will complete a survey following the program and attendance will be recorded. Desired outcomes include : participants will have the opportunity to meet and listen to well-known and first time Minnesota authors plus learn about each writer's style, process and genre.
An overwhelming 90% of the audience attending stated they would not have had the opportunity to meet these authors if it were not for Legacy funded programs. Outcomes/comments from the survey included: 'Saw it in the paper a few months ago and was excited to have this opportunity in our area; Excellent program - especially for a small rural community - thank you.'
