Project Overview

Community members in all of our six counties (Aitkin, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine) will read the same book, Ice-Out by MN author Mary Casanova and take part in discussions and activities from September 15 thru November 16.

Attendees will be asked to fill out a survey after each program or activity they attend We will also record attendance data at all programming along with the total circulation of the print book and eBook over the program period. The goal of the ECRL Reads program is to encourage community members throughout our six counties to come together through the reading and discussion of a common book and to strengthen the region while supporting literacy.
