World Premiere of "Sweet" by Denise Hinson
The County Seat Theater presents the world premiere of Sweet. Sweet is centered around three generations of the Carter family, headed by former boxing champ Sweet Clemmet Carter. When an enthusiastic sports writer enters their life asking to write a book about Clemmet's boxing days, he discovers that some family secrets are better left buried.

The intended outcome of the event pass program is to allow the patrons to experience different genres of art, music , and theater programs and to attend different theater productions in locations they may not have been able to attend. A survey was distributed to receive feedback from those attending the program.
Surveys were distributed to patrons when they received the tickets at the library locations. 50% of respondents stated this was the first time attending a Legacy event. 100% of respondents stated they might not have been able to attend this Legacy ticketed event on their own.
Six libraries provided space, staff, and additional promotion for the programs and approximately five regional newspapers provided marketing through press releases, photos and interviews with artists and performers.
