Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The intended outcome of the event pass program is to allow the patrons to experience different genres of art, music , and theater programs and to attend different theater productions in locations they may not have been able to attend. A survey was distributed to receive feedback from those attending the program.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Surveys were distributed to participants at all programs. 92% strongly agreed that this was an enjoyable experience and 90% strongly agreed that they would attend a similar event. Comments: The quality of the program was amazing. I really could not believe opera was in our area.

Source of Additional Funds

15 libraries provided space, staff, and additional promotion for the programs and approximately 8 regional newspapers provided marketing through press releases, photos and interviews with artists and performers.
