Project Overview

This original work, inspired from the Prokofiev classic Peter and the Wolf, introduced the mischievous but fearless Petra, the granddaughter of the fabled Peter. When a wolf threatens her home, her adventures become a showcase of bravery and compassion.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The intended outcome of the event pass program is to allow the patrons to experience different genres of art, music , and theater programs and to attend different theater productions in locations they may not have been able to attend. A survey was distributed to receive feedback from those attending the program.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Surveys were distributed to participants at all programs. 92% strongly agreed that this was an enjoyable experience and 83% strongly agreed that they would attend a similar event. Comments: My daughter really enjoyed this. She wants to come to more. Thank you for doing this. It was a wonderful family event.

Source of Additional Funds

14 libraries provided space, staff, and additional promotion for the programs and approximately 9 regional newspapers provided marketing through press releases, photos and interviews with artists and performers.
