Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The intended outcome of this program was for patrons to interact with a well-established author and to learn historical information about Lake Superior, including the supernatural North Shore lore. A survey was distributed to receive feedback from those attending the programs.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Surveys were distributed to participants at all programs. 98% of attendees found the program thought-provoking and enjoyable and 97% noted they would attend another similar Legacy event sponsored by the library. Here are some comments from patrons who attended the programs:
*"Excellent speaker, engaging, funny. He had a lot of great information - especially the local lore. He was a very polished and interesting performer. He drew a good audience of many new faces to the library!"
*"I liked all of it. I love programs and events that capture one's attention. Chad Lewis' program did just that. I loved his stories and how he kept you wanting to know more. I now want to research more about the paranormal and supernatural, especially ones in our area. Keep up the awesome work!"
*"I liked that there were so many local connections. It really related to our community."

Source of Additional Funds
