The Great Minnesota Hot Dish (w.t.)

The Great Minnesota Hot Dish (w.t) is a four part program about the culture of food in Minnesota. Featuring three diverse chefs in the region, we will hear stories of how their native culture's cuisine has changed and adapted to the region over time. From the availability (or lack thereof) of certain ingredients to the unique challenges of the climate, viewers will get a peak into what it's taken for immigrant chefs through history to bring their native dishes to the Northland's people, while developing a uniquely Minnesotan spin.
