$4,326,200 the first year and $4,326,200 the second year are to the Minnesota Public Television Association for production and acquisition grants according to Minnesota Statutes,?section 129D.18.
Viewers in the KSMQ region will increase their knowledge of art, history, and culture of Minnesota through watching "Off 90". Subjects of the program will feel more appreciated for their contribution to the arts, history, or culture of the region, and will feel encouraged to continue their work in this area.
KSMQ viewers will be given a survey to determine if their knowledge of art, history, and culture in Minnesota has increased as a result of viewing KSMQ Legacy programming. Also, KSMQ will consult a focus group that will review project outputs for their feedback. KSMQ will collect the number of views of outputs from the project posted on social media websites. Those featured in the program will be surveyed to determine how effective their appearance on the program was in garnering appreciation for their contribution to the arts, history, or culture, and if it encouraged them to continue their work.
