In Focus News Segments
Our existing Lakeland News program continues to air In Focus, a weekly feature segment that highlights the subjects of art, history and cultural heritage throughout north central Minnesota. Occasionally these feature stories cross-promote topics from our series Common Ground, but more frequently remain as independent pieces so that even more people, places and events can be shared with our viewers.
KAWE & KAWB FY 22/23 Legacy Grant
$4,326,200 the first year and $4,326,200 the second year are to the Minnesota Public Television Association for production and acquisition grants according to Minnesota Statutes,?section 129D.18.
Viewers will report increase interest, understanding, and knowledge of north central Minnesota's arts, culture, and history. Increased revenue for participants due to exposure.
