Culture Clique
An award-winning radio show that will explore the evolving and changing cultural makeup of Southeastern Minnesota. The shows will look at a wide range of cultural topics from the past as well as present cultural trends.
KQAL FM - Winona State University
$1,891,500 the first year and $1,891,500 the second year are to the Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations for production and acquisition grants in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.19.
There will be more locally and Minnesota-focused content created by public radio, with the aim of expanding access to art and culture. The number of Minnesota artists, historians, writers, storytellers, and others will have their work showcased through public broadcasting. Because of this program, residents in Southeastern Minnesota will be more aware of local artistic, cultural, and historical experts and events.
