Project Overview

4) "Where are they now?" is a monthly feature that profiles a former student from one of our area schools who has gone on to do interesting work, has achieved something outstanding, or is working on important community service projects either here in Minnesota, or somewhere else in the world. The feature will tell the story of individuals from the the local, north Shore community who have used their education and experience in Minnesota to do interesting work within a variety of fields including: the arts, culture, education, business, language arts, culinary arts or history. This project is FY22 only.

4.5) Sounds and Sparks is a monthly feature that focuses on interviews with Minnesota-based artists about their new releases by going track-by-track through each album. Exploring moments that inspired each song on the record, the lyrics behind them, discussing storytelling moments of when/where a song came to them, and the circumstances of them writing it. Highly edited and rapid fire, with snippets of the songs interlaced as they're discussed. This project is FY22 only.
