Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Outcomes: Viewers in the KSMQ viewing area will be made aware of art, history, and culture by watching Off 90. KSMQ will consult a focus group that will review project outputs for their feedback. We will collect the number of views of outputs from the project posted on social media websites and the number of times Off 90 is broadcast to show that participant's messages are being shared.
