Project Overview

A Range of Education (w.t.) tells the story of a unique and largely unexplored piece of history in Minnesota, the support of Iron Range high schools by the mining industry. The documentary will look at these high schools, exploring their elaborate auditoriums, olympic-sized pools, and more, while considering how the investment continues to serve the community today.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

A Range of Education (w.t.) will expose the community to unique elements of the regions history allowing for better understanding of what investments of the past contributed to the society of today. Viewers will report feeling more aware of the history behind these schools and encouraged by their continued service to the region.
