The author spoke about his book "Out of the Blue" about the Tracy tornado which struck 45 years ago. He was 9 years old and told how he perceived the happening. He also gave an account of his interviews with survivors.

Information and pictures of the tornado were of great interest to the audience. Attendees learned how important it is to take care and take cover when the alarm is given.
