Project Overview

Staff from the Moorhead Library led a 37 passenger bus trip to Duluth to visit the Glensheen Mansion as well as the Duluth Depot, which is home to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, Duluth Art Institute, Veterans' Memorial Hall, and the St. Louis County Historical Society. The bus arrived at Glensheen around 11am with 3 groups taking hour long tours, which were staggered every ten minutes. The group then moved on to the Duluth Depot from 2:00-3:30, where people visited whatever exhibits or organizations appealed to them. The bus arrived back at the Moorhead Library around 8:30pm.
