Project Overview

Strongville: is a historical site in Nett Lake MN. Families once lived there and farmed crops there. The families that lived there predominately spoke Anishanabemoen. There is also speculation that former Chiefs of Nett Lake would gather there to hold community meetings. KBFT will research, produce, and broadcast five 5-minute radio segments that will explore family history, genetic lineage, historical artifacts, and more.
