Project Overview
Once Upon a Reader, a Minnesota library "One Book" program, promoted storytelling and literary arts for children from birth to age 6 and their parents and caregivers. Moo! was the featured picture book for 2015, written by David LaRochelle and illustrated by Mike Wohnoutka. Some programming also featured music and art activities for children.
