Project Overview
Arrowhead Library System patrons checked out museum and event passes at 25 libraries. The patrons used these “free passes” for admission into museums and musical events. The museum and event venues invoice the Arrowhead Library System for only the patrons attending the museum/event. -- Home Free Vocal Band: 5 guys, 5 microphones, one stage…no instruments. Home Free is an award winning vocal band from Minnesota that has toured extensively throughout the United States as well as internationally performing their acapella rendition of popular music. -- Storyland Exhibit: “Storyland: A Trip through Childhood Favorites” brings children and adults into the world of beloved picture books. From the gardens of The Tale of Peter Rabbit to the urban snow-scape of The Snowy Day, Storyland engages visitors in early literature adventures. In the exhibit's immersive environments designed for children from birth through eight years old, families discover that it is never too early to develop a love of reading.
