To construct a multi-purpose building for music, theater, entertainment, and artistic demonstrations. The structure will be designed to enhance the quality of sound and the visibility of the artists who perform on stage for the audience.

Funding to present a revised and more fully realized artistic production of How to Cheat, a comedy about morality. Performances will take place at the Southern Theater in November 2011.
Michael Olson will present his new composition, "Noopiming" in four northern Minnesota communities, and also deliver a lecture/demonstration of his new and somewhat unconventional compositional method. "Noopiming" is an Ojibwe word which translates as "in the North, inland, in the woods.
