To deepen each student's particular interest area within theatrical production and expose them to the entire production process in a mentor/mentee relationship with theater professionals.Each mentor/mentee pairing will establish formalized goals and conduct progress reports throughout the process.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Seven early-career theater artists learned directing, producing, and stage managing skills, and determined next steps for themselves as a result of this mentorship program.
