Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To jury and install at least 30 sculptures in areas of high pedestrian traffic in downtown Mankato and North Mankato. To print and distribute 10,000 brochures for the tour and create a ballot process for the PeopleÆs Choice Award. They will incorporate several survey questions into the ballot for PeopleÆs Choice and they will also have a survey for the participating CityArt artists. They plan to have at least 800 ballots for the PeopleÆs choice award collected by October 2011. More than 60% of the completed surveys will indicate that individuals had a positive experience with CityArt. A survey to participating artists will indicate that more than 50% would submit future proposals.
