Attendees will learn about the history of boarding schools for indigenous peoples in our region. Attendees will hear real stories from interviews of survivors of those schools.
Online surveys were submitted. The program was very highly rated. People appreciated learning about American history not taught in schools. They liked hearing Dr. Lajimodiere's stories, seeing her pictures, and hearing information from her interviews.
