Digitize Your Family Story #3
Northwest Regional Library sponsored a third workshop in the Digitize Your Family Story . Workshop # 1 taught patrons how to scan historical family photographs and documents; Workshop #2 taught patrons how to restore images.
Workshop # 3 presented methods to save images to slideshows, albums and other formats.
Partner Organization – NWRL visited with Minnesota Historical Society staff for ideas on how to enhance the next program.

When asked if the workshop met their needs to learn how to publish “my story” via DVD slide show or photo books, answers were as follows: Strongly Agree 46%; agree 52%; neutral 1%; disagree 1% When asked if they are confident that they can now work on their own for scanning, retouching and publishing their story, answers were as follows: Strongly agree 21%; agree 39%; neutral 24%; disagree 16% because they need additional help
