Project Overview

Brainerd Public Library and the Crow Wing County Historical Society collaborated to provide a program highlighting the historic Brainerd Washington Street Bridge. CWCH provided four historical displays and a program about the history of the bridge and other Mississippi bridges. In addition to this, the library hosted acrylic art classes and supplies for community members to hone their skills and create a work of art about the bridges. *Program and expenses continued in FY19.
