Funding to present an exhibition by Brooklyn-based artist Shawn Cheng premiering a series of screen prints that explore the history, mythology, legend, and folktales of the artist’s native Taiwan.

An entrance ramp was constructed and five doorways were widened to improve the accessibility of the historic Scwyzer Lodge. The ramp was consructed with green treated lumber and measures 36 feet long by 4 feet wide. Crushed limestone was put down on the trail leading from the parking lot to the foot of the ramp.
One exterior and four interior doors were widened to 36 inches. All trim and jams were stained to match the original woodwork as closely as possible.

Rhythmic Circus Productions (RCP) aims to present performances and educational outreach to seven communities throughout greater Minnesota, who have sought out RCP specifically based on its reputation, myriad of performing arts and creativity represented, and innovative and energetic learning opportunities.
In summer/fall 2010, Kulture Klub Collaborative will bring Brooklyn-based multi-media artist Oliver Herring and Minnesota film/video artist Brennan Vance together with Twin Cities' youth experiencing homelessness through an intensive workshop of digital video, autobiographical and screenwriting, and public art intervention.
The project is designed to introduce emotionally disturbed youth to a new form of communication via the art form of dance with Zenon Dance Company, and help them experience trust as part of a team to prepare them for successful re-entry into the school from which they were removed.
