The Children's Museum of Rochester, Inc. will be implementing a program called Passport To Play aiming to increase the number of children and families of all ages, ethnicities, abilities and incomes to participate in hands-on arts and cultural programming and educational exhibits at the museum. Passport To Play would reach over 1,500 children and families a year from underserved communities in Southeastern Minnesota. The Children's Museum of Rochester, Inc.
In partnership with VSA arts of Minnesota and Northfield Arts Guild, Epic Enterprise will develop and embed a multi-arts program for adults with developmental disabilities and build staff capacity to teach arts as an ongoing and daily program at Epic.
In the Circus of the States residency, fourth grade students will learn circus skills and create a performance celebrating their geographic study. The project will include individual research, collaboration, creative problem solving, and theater to entertain and teach.
Gao Hong will conduct two residency programs within the Northfield, Minnesota community. One will be a ten-day school residency for fifth graders at Greenvale Park Elementary School. The second will be a twelve-day residency with the Northfield Youth Choir's Anima Choir.
Larry Yazzie and Native Pride Productions will visit four Minnesota communities to present their educational outreach program and public show for more than 50,000 audience members and broadcast audience.

Funding for a two-concert series of Handel’s Messiah to be performed in Chaska, Savage, and Lakeville in December 2010 and In the Presence of Angels to be performed at churches around the south metro in April 2011.
