Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Quality faculty and student performers will provide a rich compilation of concerts, master classes and open discussions.Track audience numbers and attendees at pre-concert discussions and recitals, use of a suggestion box, and survey sheets inserted in concert programs.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our main goal was to attract world-class performers.  In order to do this we needed to provide a salary comparable to other major music festivals.  We also wanted to attract a diverse audience by offering reasonably priced tickets.  Additional funding was required so that we would need to rely on ticket sales to support our efforts.
