Project Overview
Construct a water control structure on a 9.5 acre restored wetland on the Ella Lake Waterfowl Production Area (WPA) to provide water level management. This water control structure will allow manipuation of water levels required to control rough fish populations and improve submergent plant development to improve the quality of habitat for waterfowl and other wetland dependant birds.
