James Wedgwood
James is a ventriloquist who started practicing the art of ventriloquist doll's at the age of nine! He excels at clean, professional entertainment designed to meet the needs of the specific program. The program being performed at the libraries for us has a sports theme to go with Northwest Regional Libraries "Read for the Win" summer program. James loves to chat with guests to get an understanding of what's important to his audience as well as the organization/business that he's performing for.

Due to having him in the past, we expect nothing but a great program! While talking to him, you can sense the enthusiasm and joy that he has for his shows/audiences. Participants are expected to gain knowledge about ventriloquism and have an enjoyable time experiencing the art of ventriloquism. Outcomes will be evaluated on forms handed out to participants.
James was a great performer! He interacted with the audience, both children and adults, throughout his entire program. Volunteers were asked questions and were made part of the show, keeping the attention of the audience. The sports/Olympic theme was linked to each program and the audiences gained knowledge of the art of ventriloquism.
The Greenbush Community Center was used for the program in Greenbush. The Friends of the Library group baked goods for the program. They also volunteered and set up everything that was needed by James and tore all of the equipment used for the program down when the show was over.
