Cindy Hendrickx, PLS’s Appleton Librarian, worked with 15 librarians from 7 of PLS’s 9 counties and 8 Minnesota authors in providing entertaining and informational instruction and programs. Participants were introduced to different genres and learned how to create fictional characters, draw illustrations and were exposed to the process of how books are written and published.
