Experiential Art Events
ECRL will plan and implement experiential arts programs for their individual branches to meet community interests. These programs will provide participants a hands on learning opportunity and feature a variety a different art forms that meet the Arts & Culture Heritage definitions.

Attendees will be able to identify one new idea or concept learned or have a richer cultural life. Attendees are asked, "Please share something new you learned or how your life was enriched because of the program? If so, how?"
ECRL staff planned and implemented a variety of experiential arts events that occurred around the region. A selection of these artists & instructors were: Jen Afinson & Nicole Christen. A selection of the attendee feedback is below:
"I feel empowered to tackle some modern calligraphy. It's much more doable than I thought.""I liked learning how to use wire to turn everyday rocks and other objects into cool jewelry." "From showing the beautiful basics - I loved letting my imagination flow. So much fun!!!" "How to make and start fairy gardens. Have been interested, but didn't know where to start." "I learned about the different techniques and designs are by region and a few artists. I learned how to safely use oil and acrylic paints and clean brushes." "I'm not an artist at all but it was so much fun!" "OMG!! How to do C and S strokes. That cad paint is bad for skin! Paint takes 1 year to dry."
