Project Overview
Bus trips from Glenwood Public Library and New York Mills Public Library visited the Minnesota History Center to participate in a guided tour of “The Greatest Generation.” They also went on self-guided tours of other exhibits and some participants chose to work in the Minnesota Historical Society Library. During the May 5th tour, the author of Finns in Minnesota was present and talked informally with the group from Minnesota, many of whom are Finnish.
