Project Overview
The Advisory Board Committee commissioned a local artist to produce a painting of Margaret’s life and installed it on the mantel of the newly renovated and named “Margaret Marvin Reading Room" of the Warroad Public Library. Margaret served on both the NWRL Board and the State Board of Education as well as built two libraries to house the Warroad Public Library – the first in the renovated depot and the second a library and historical center.
