Project Overview

Pioneerland Library and Plum Creek cooperatively funded, planned, and carried out dozens of programs, events, and activities for the two regions, connecting Minnesotans in the two regions who are readers to Minnesotans around the state who are writers. The project resulted in sharing a wide range of information and personal connection with over 1,000 PLS readers and over a dozen Minnesota writers, bringing these two groups together for their mutual benefit and appreciation.

Event Dates and Locations:
During the second half of FY ’10, events were held on 20 days at 28 different locations. Events weren’t held during the first half of the year due to planning and the release date of legacy funds.
