This year we propose to contract with a character named Jacques La Christian, who is portrayed by David Popilek, a French voyageur from the 1800's who will tell stories of the wilderness and provide exhibits of historic Minnesota.
Headwaters Science Center will give presentations on animals and science during Kids Day at the fair. Dazzling Dave will provide Minnesota-based entertainment to all fairgoers as he completes his walking tour of the fair.

Storytelling Events will provide a platform for participants to share narratives, fostering reflection and dialogue.
