Project Overview

Tibetan preschool programs aims to children ages 3 and 4 to comprehend and speak Tibetan while helping them build values such as empathy, kindness, and mutual respect. Through songs, stories, picture books, and activities, the program hopes to spark an interest and enthusiasm in learning more about their culture and identity. The program will meet weekly on Sundays for two hours where parents/guardians remain with their children as they participate in the weekly activity. Both parents and children will participate in mindfulness practice to cultivate a compassionate and connected community.
