EdZooCation Programs-Lil' Explorers
Como developed Lil’ Explorers as a free, weekly program series that would attract our youngest guests for perhaps their first introduction to education experiences. With interactive hands-on programming and live plant/animal visitors, the programs are designed to encourage family learning and foster early environmental awareness. Our hope is that this positive learning experience will foster a lifelong appreciation for living plants and animals.
There will be a noticeable increase of 10% or more improvement in the results of the pre-visit parental/teacher questionnaire and the post-visit questionnaire results.?There will be positive feedback from parents/teachers regarding the amount of time spent on a project and how long after the visit the participants continue to discuss the visit.
