Raised on an all- organic farm, Dllona developed knowledge of the natural order and an appreciation of plants and animals, both domestic and wild.

Dllona earned her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and taught graduate level Marketing, Sales, Management and Leadership. She worked in various industries including property and liability insurance claims, design-build residential homes, as VP of banking, Liberal Arts Academic Dean, and Dean of Technical Programs.

Earning her Minnesota Master Naturalist Certification, she volunteered at Warner Nature Center as a Trail Guide and joined their research on Bernie’s Bog.  When Warner closed, she looked for additional opportunities and is currently co-managing a wetland research project on Valley Creek, Washington County. Among her activities are Frog and Toad surveys, animal care, evaluating trails and signage, maple syruping, and engaging children in nature.

She snowshoes, kayaks, hikes, bikes and is at home in nature.
