Young Artist Grant
Funds will assist to study drawing with Nicholas Jackson.; I will use the grant funds hire a local professional artist, Nicholas Jackson, as my teacher and mentor to gain a better knowledge of drawing, criticism of my work, encouragement, and growth.

Three outcomes I wish to achieve during my arts experience is first, getting over my struggle with perspective and improving my skill at it. Second, I've been told that human anatomy is one of the hardest areas in art, which I have found true, but it is something that I wish to achieve and become skilled at. The last outcome I hope to accomplish is increasing my understanding at making more imaginative ideas and art. I want to create art that is original that speaks to me and others.
