To produce a "Summer Art Camp'" for area youth and adults and to pay for artistic teaching staff, supplies and equipment.

35 Individuals will indicate that the Elbow Lake Summer Youth Arts Programming had a positive impact on their community and that the project was important to them personally. Participant surveys will be conducted at the Elbow Lake Summer Youth Arts workshops.
Of the survey respondents, 35 indicated that the project had a positive impact on the community and 137 indicated that the project was important to them personally and their community.
