Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We provide free musical entertainment on Sunday evenings through the summer. We measure our success by counting attendees and word of mouth comments on the groups we hire. As there are few of these opportunities in our small town we hope to serve a growing number of all age groups. We can measure our success by the number of people attending. Verbal feedback is often used as folks express their opinions on the kind of groups we hire. We hope to attract younger families, as attendance is for the most part those 60 and over.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our outcome was to provide free musical entertainment on Sunday evenings through the summer. This goal was met by inviting eight local musical groups to perform concerts in Pine Island on Sunday evenings.
