Minnesotans participate in the arts because arts experiences are relevant and accessible to them. Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Grantee organizations change, expand, or enrich the ways they connect to their communities. Members of groups traditionally underserved by the arts feel authentic relationship to the grantee. Data Collection, Interviews, Observed Behavior Change, Stories, Video/Audio Recordings.
Again, the composition provided a platform for us to honor the memory of a teacher, mentor, friend, and colleague. Everyone in the band, their directors, and members of the audience were touched by the music, and the meaning attached.
