Minnesotans participate in the arts because arts expeiences are relevant and accessible to them. Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Grantee organizations change, expand, or enrich the ways they connect to their communities. Minnesotans from groups traditionally underserved by the arts or the grantee organization feel they have an authentic relationship to the grantee. Stories, Interviews, Observed Behavior Change, Data Collection.
Increased attendance, comments documented high quality program, no noted difficulties re: accessibility, new attendees are returning, & provided exposure & education re: a music an art form.
