Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Minnesotans participate in the arts because arts experiences are relevant and accessible to them. Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Grantee organizations change, expand, or enrich the ways they connect to their communities. Minnesotans from groups traditionally underserved by the arts or the grantee organization feel they have an authentic relationship to the grantee. Stories, Observed Behavior Change, Data Collection.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Each dance included new participants, many of whom had never danced to live music or heard live music of the traditional style. There were regular dancers who returned often and brought new participants to the events.
