This year my overarching goal is to record a complete album and to go on tour and replace my guitar. I will seek funding to support those costs and supplement grant funding with a portion of my paychecks from my day job. My goal for the grant period is to work with DanSan Creatives to start booking shows in the region again, leveraging some of their connections with Duluth venues and my own previous connections to start performing and headlining again. They also will provide marketing and PR materials including a short video and work with me on brand development for my band, Lifted Vibrations. I will book 10 paid shows in Northeastern MN. I will be able to focus time on securing other funding to support my album and ultimately have a recorded album by the end of 2023. I will work with DanSan Creatives to develop a line of merchandise available at shows to provide supplementary income to my creative practice. I will have a finish product recorded and pressed. I will be able to start taking steps, including creating an online merch store to sell product (shirts, hoodys, cds,and more) when not playing a show, to start playing music more full time again.
